There are too many stray and unwanted pets in rural Arkansas, and a big reason for that is lack of spay and neutering. Our founders know that many people simply lack the funds for proper vet care. While there are other organizations that offer low-cost services, they do so only at specific times, which means pet owners need the money to take advantage of the services at the right moment. Many don’t.

Luckily, the problem is easily solved: provide a source of funds for spaying and neutering from a local vet on a rolling basis.
